The Realty Club was designed to provide HUNT customers and associates with convenience and choices in any of their homeownership needs. The Realty Club is comprised of various vendors throughout the markets that we operate in who advertise and provide services related to buying, selling, and/or owning a home.
These vendors pay a flat fee to advertise their services in this program. Our customers benefit from the convenience of accessing a concierge anytime, anywhere. The result is a truly integrated home ownership services organization all nestled in a one-stop-shop.
The process for becoming a lifetime member of the Realty Club
Customers of HUNT Real Estate Corporation receive a welcome letter that explains the benefits, convenience and information that the Realty Club makes available to them, including the identity of numerous third-party vendors engaged in businesses related to homeownership.
When a customer requests information about a specific service, the customer is informed of multiple third-party vendors who advertise their services with us, leaving the decision to them to select the specific vendor from the information provided or elsewhere. Once the vendor has met with our customer to determine the nature of the job and provide the quote, it is the vendor's responsibility to follow up with the customer.

Must have a Tax ID#
Insurance certificate with Realty Club, LLC/HUNT Real Estate ERA named as additional insured
Copy of current license if applicable
Two customer references
Signed contract and Subcontractor Agreement with payment
Ability to contact customers within 24-48 hours
Deliver excellent customer service with positive results
Access to over 1000 agents and over 250 employees
